In order to further promote the School’s “Three-wide Education”, implement the University’s key work on epidemic prevention and control and safety education, strengthen the behavior management of students’ dormitories, all the class tutors visited students’ dormitories from October 7 to 9 in the School of Economics.
The class tutors came to students’ dormitories aimed to have a comprehensive understanding of the students’ study and life, especially communicate with the class committee members and those who had difficulties in study and life, answer the questions proposed by the students. During the visit, the classtutors asked the students to actively cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work, consciously abide by the rules of “Not going out of campus unless necessary” and “Normal nucleic acid inspection in the recent 7 days”, and try “Not to relax both in thinking and action” . Class tutors also stressed the importance of electricity safety, fire prevention and theft, and guided the students to consciously take care of the dormitory’s environment and jointly create a good dormitory atmosphere. During the in-depth communication with students, teachers encouraged the students to maintain good study and living habits, do a good job in time management and goal planning, and use various resources inside and outside of the classroom to improve themselves during the critical stage of testing their autonomy and self-consciousness in university.
During the visits, the class tutors’ caring for students in many aspects shortened the distance between teachers and students, and provided powerful guidance and the help for the students’ study and life. In the follow-up work, the School would insist on building the “Third Classroom”of education in dormitories, further deepen the fine management, and take various measures to improve the effectiveness of the “Three-wide Education” so as to promote the all-round growth of students.
