On November 11, the school of Pharmacy held a special lecture on drug safety and risk management in the academic hall.The lecture was delivered by Gong Yongbin, director of Department of Pharmaceutical Administration of Hubei Drug Administration Bureau, and students of the School of Pharmacy, grade 2020 and grade 2021 attended.
Gong Yongbin is a national first-level pharmacist and a student of our school in 1988. He has been engaged in pharmaceutical management for a long time and has rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience. He mainly explains from three aspects.The lecture focuses on the safety risk perception of drugs, which are divided into three categories: Traditional Chinese medicine, chemical drugs and biological products.Drug safety includes quality safety and quantity safety, which is public welfare and periodical.In view of the history and current situation of drug safety governance in China, Gong Yongbin compared the development history of drug supervision in western countries and China, and affirmed the achievements of drug supervision in China, which made great progress in improving the drug supervision system.He pointed out that there were problems in drug safety in Our country, and pointed out that the drug safety work in our province faced the coexistence of responsibilities, opportunities and challenges.
